George Murad has been practicing law for 30 years (since 1978)! He co-runs Murad & Murad, a general practice firm with emphasis on Matrimonial and Family Court Law. He has been involved with The Peacemaker Program, Inc. since its inception. George is a member of the NY State Bar Association, Oneida County Bar Association, NYS Family Law Section, NYS Matrimonial Law Section, Oneida County Bar Association Family and Matrimonial Law Committee and a founding member and attorney participant in the Oneida County Family Treatment Court.
He graduated from Notre Dame High School in Utica, NY; LeMoyne College in Syracuse, NY; and Howard University Law School in Washington, D.C.
In addition to his involvement in the Peacemaker Program, George is a member of the Knights of Columbus. He is proudly married to Luann Horton-Murad and has one son, William.
