Francis Liuzzi is the owner of Advanced Collection And Recovery, LLC of Washington Mills, New York. He previously worked in the banking industry for 20 years, most recently as Assistant Vice President with Partners Trust Bank. Fran has served on the Peacemaker board for several years including the position of Treasurer. He was also a previous Chair of the Come to the Table Fundraising event.
In addition to The Peacemaker Program, he is involved in various community and charitable organizations including The Genesis Group, Sons of the American Legion, and the American Heart Association. He is a recognized leader in his field with awards that include the Savings Bank of Utica President's Award.
