When is this year's Come to The Table Preview Party?
The Preview Party is Friday, March 9th. The party begins at 6:00 PM.
The entire event is held at Hart's Hill Inn in Whitesboro, New York.
How much are tickets, and how do I purchase them?
Tickets to the Preview Party are $60 each. For larger groups, a Preview Party Six-Pack is available for $300; this is the equivalent of getting one ticket free. Tickets for the Preview Party MUST be purchased in advance. Preview Party tickets also include free admission for the Come to The Table Main Event on Saturday.
Tickets can be purchased from staff, board, and committee members directly; by contacting The Peacemaker Program, Inc. at 315-724-1584; or by using our secure, online ticket purchasing system.
What events are planned for the Preview Party?
Attendees at the Preview Party, most importantly, are given the first look at the table designs, along with an early opportunity to bid on or purchase those designs.
In addition, music will be provided by Bernie Clarke and The Rythym Sharks, to keep things moving and shaking.
A light dinner will be provided by Hart's Hill Inn and A Moveable Feast by O'Connor's, along with an Open Bar.
Attendees will also have the opportunity to purchase something special, which comes with a chance to win a prize in our Diamond Raffle.
