The Peacemaker Program's Training and Education initiatives are carried out by Conflict Consultation Services.  This program provides training to businesses, corporations and other non-profit programs in Conflict Resolution, Group Facilitation, and Non-violent Alternatives to Problem Solving, Mediation, Team Building, Communication, and Teamwork. In addition, Conflict Consultation Services provides services in program development for Peer Mediation Programs for Schools and Private Companies, School Based Experiential Learning Programs, Group Meeting Facilitation, and Strategic Planning. Lastly, Conflict Consultation Services develops, engineers, and constructs its own brand of Adventure and Challenge equipment for sale to the public.

All services offered by Conflict Consultation Services are unique to the Peacemaker Program, Inc. Their facilitators are experts in their field, with years of experience from a broad variety of backgrounds, and their trainings have been developed in conjunction with the most current trends in mediation and dispute resolution. All materials and concepts used are unique and original to The Peacemaker Program, Inc. setting their services apart from local and national competition.
