Landlord-Tenant relations are rife with opportunities for conflict, and existing systems usualy only offer remedies after the damage has been done. This training educates New York State landlords how to become more effective property renters, resulting in better tenants, fewer problems, and more productive properties.
When conflict does happen, landlords will have learned their rights and responsibilities, as well as basic skills needed to resolve them productively and resources they might not have known about otherwise. Classes are 6 hours long, and begin at $1,000.
