Conflict is a natural and everyday part of our lives.  It is how we choose to handle that conflict which makes a difference.  Our customized training programs offer our customers a chance to build a Conflict Resolution training which will best serve their needs.

     Our training programs have been developed over time to incorporate the latest theoretical and practical applications in Conflict Resolution.  In addition, our instructors are themselves practitioners in the conflict resolution.  They are all certified under the New York State Unified Court System's guidelines to mediate disputes.  This combination of conceptual background and practical experience offers the widest possible range of ideas and techniques.

     Each training program uses state of the art multi-media presentations and is designed to use a combination of Lecture, Interactive Activities, Group Discussion, and Role Play to ensure training objectives are met with the most power and impact.

     The minimum program length is 2.5 hours, but courses up to 40 hours can be developed to meet your needs.  All courses can be designed to incorporate a range of activities, styles, and materials to ensure the maximum return on your investment.

     Our Challenge Programs use an Experiential Learning model to teach over 25 different subjects centered on Conflict Resolution and Team Building.  The activities designed into your program use a combination of mental and physical challenges to illustrate concepts taught.

     Every group, and even every individual in a group, thinks differently and has a unique level of physical capability.  The activities used will be a combination of Low, Medium and High Energy Levels, depending on the needs of the participants.  Every activity is followed by a detailed “debriefing” session to ensure that everyone understands the concept demonstrated.

     Our team of Challenge Program experts can custom design a Challenge Program tailored to your individual groups needs. Our team will develop your program to be done indoors or out.  Weather need not be a factor in your learning.  Each program takes into account the abilities both mental and physical of the participants.  No one needs to be left out of the fun.
